About the position

The Transit Management Analyst Series position at New York City Transit involves supporting the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program as the primary technical resource for data analysis, data development, and data management. The Analyst will maintain continuity for each of the divisions utilizing EAM, ensuring quality control, testing, software development, cartography, and supporting the company-wide Enterprise Asset Management effort.

Responsibilities

• Support the EAM Program as the primary technical resource for data analysis.
• Manage data development and data management for the divisions utilizing EAM.
• Ensure quality control and testing of data and software.
• Engage in software development and cartography.
• Support the company-wide Enterprise Asset Management effort.

Requirements

• For Assistant Transit Management Analyst I & II: A master's degree in relevant fields or a baccalaureate degree with two years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in specified areas.
• For Associate Transit Management Analyst: A master's degree in relevant fields and one year of full-time satisfactory professional experience, or a baccalaureate degree with three years of full-time satisfactory experience in specified areas.

• Thorough knowledge of electrical circuits and reading blueprints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
