About The Position

The purpose of this position is to support mission-critical logistics, sustainment, operational, facilities, training, and mission-enabling activities in support of U.S. Government and Department of Defense objectives throughout the Indo-Pacific region. Personnel in this role contribute to the planning, coordination, execution, and sustainment of complex operations in dynamic and geographically dispersed environments. The position supports operational readiness, resource integration, mission effectiveness, and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and security requirements. Duties are performed in support of contingency, expeditionary, and steady-state operations and may require coordination with Government personnel, mission partners, and cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-10 years experience
  • Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
  • Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
  • Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
  • Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Develops training programs, documentation, and materials supporting mission systems and operations.
  • Designs curriculum aligned with operational requirements.
  • Prepares instructional materials and manuals.
  • Coordinates development of training across environments.
  • Supports configuration of systems for training delivery.
  • Updates training content based on mission needs.
  • Tracks effectiveness of training programs.
  • Supports planning of training events.
  • Work at various sites, both CONUS and OCONUS, with travel as required.
  • Perform duties associated with the assigned functional role.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
