About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to lead and evolve training and development activities across Payment Integrity clinical and coding audits. The ideal candidate will bring strong people leadership capability, a proven ability to develop high-performing teams, and experience driving training strategy, operational execution, and learner outcomes. This role is responsible for establishing clear expectations and accountability, supporting employee growth and development, and ensuring learning initiatives effectively support business goals and operational readiness. The Training Manager will partner across functions to build scalable training solutions, improve performance outcomes, and strengthen organizational capability.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
  • 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
  • Up to 10% annual travel (for team meetings and limited client onsite engagements.)
