The Training Manager serves as the enterprise leader for the development, oversight, and continuous improvement of all training programs across production and non-production functions. This individual is responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive training catalogue that enhances employee efficiency, supports progression opportunities, and ensures balanced and compliant training across the organization. The Training Manager evaluates, updates, and modernizes training content; drives standardization; and ensures the learning ecosystem meets evolving business and regulatory needs. In addition to internal leadership, this role strategically partners with local colleges, technical schools, workforce development organizations, and industry groups to strengthen talent pipelines and promote training excellence.
