Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training and development or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to measure training impact.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in training or development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and deliver training sessions that address both technical and soft skills development.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
• Create instructional materials, manuals, and e-learning content tailored to diverse audiences.
• Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) to track participation and progress.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Support onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop specialized training content.
• Facilitate coaching and mentoring sessions as needed.
