The Training and Development Manager is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for the strategy, coordination, and oversight of training programs and employee development across American Battery Solutions (ABS), with a strong focus on supporting operational effectiveness and workforce development within the manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in aligning training and development initiatives with organizational goals by identifying organizational training needs and implementing scalable solutions. The Training and Development Manager will provide corporate-level oversight of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring consistent delivery, tracking, and compliance across all locations. Serving as a central resource for learning and development, the Training and Development Manager helps drive a culture of continuous improvement by standardizing training and development practices throughout ABS.
