About the position
Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Instructor for First Aid and Safety, responsible for facilitating training courses on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics. The role involves selling and scheduling training sessions, up-selling safety and first aid products, and collaborating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with OSHA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate training courses on OSHA, First Aid, CPR, and other safety topics.
- Sell and schedule training sessions for customers.
- Up-sell safety and first aid products to training customers.
- Work with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and OSHA compliance.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with safety products and requirements
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in training, teaching or facilitating
- Business-to-Business, industrial and/or outside sales experience
