About the position
This Job seeks for a creative and energetic individual to design, develop, and conduct training sessions on PEI systems and applications for all PEI associates. The ideal candidate will also create courseware and adapt instructional material to various formats, including structured classroom style face to face sessions and virtual eLearning, and assist in Software quality assurance.

- Design, develop, and conduct training sessions on PEI systems and applications.
- Create courseware and adapt instructional material to various formats.
- Conduct structured classroom style face to face sessions and virtual eLearning.
- Assist in Software quality assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Advanced MicroSoft and Google skills required.
- SQL knowledge a plus.
- Working knowledge with the use and support of PLM, Essentus, Business Objects, Oracle Financials, PKMS, New Hire, Android, IOS, Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Apps, Oracle Retail, Nedgraphics, Concept Board and Browzwear.
- Superior written and verbal communication, organization, and administrative skills.
- Ability to multi-task and to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience working with an LMS concept.
- Previous experience with Course creation platforms.
- Instructional design and curriculum development experience.
- Project implementation experience.
