About The Position

Webull Pay is the digital asset/crypto arm of Webull Group, empowering users to buy, sell, transfer, and manage cryptocurrencies through a secure and intuitive platform. The Trading Systems Support Senior Associate will be part of the Webull Pay Operations team, supporting the daily trading activity as well as vendor integration and process improvement. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and an ability to work with global teams across multiple timezones. The Senior Associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Risk, Compliance, Product, and Treasury—to support seamless and compliant operational workflows across Webull Pay’s crypto and fiat rails. This position reports to the Director of Operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in a trading systems support role
Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting front-office trading systems in financial services
Prior experience working with global teams
Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes
Familiarity with FIX protocol and trading workflows
Knowledge of digital asset products, market data feeds, and the trading lifecycle
Experience with monitoring tools
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive mindset with an interest in automation and mentoring
Bilingual proficiency including fluency in Mandarin

Responsibilities

Deliver expert frontline support for digital asset trading applications, resolving production incidents quickly
Perform root cause analysis and lead post-incident reviews
Communicate incident status, impact, and remediation plans to business and technology stakeholders
Enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation to improve system stability
Partner with development teams to design and support scalable, resilient solutions
