About The Position

This is a crucial role in ensuring the company adheres to international trade laws and regulations. This includes regulatory compliance: staying informed about changes in trade laws and sanctions. Documentation and Record Keeping: maintaining accurate documentation related to shipments. Risk Assessment: identify potential risks in international trade.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with 1+ year of experience in an international customer service role OR High School diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience in an international customer service role

• Proficient with the Code of Federal Regulations / Export Administration Regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, GTS, Oracle)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and project deadlines
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
