Responsibilities

• Climb and work on communication towers to install, repair, and replace antenna/radio equipment.
• Knowledge of tools and materials to perform the scope of work.
• Ensure the highest level of safety is maintained while working at heights up to 250 feet.
• Support supervisor and crew members by taking direction and completing day-to-day job functions in a timely manner.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 75+ lbs as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites and manage inventory of tools.
• Work in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years wireless tower construction experience required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Current Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and pre-employment physical.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• OSHA 10 certificate (Preferred)
