About the position

The Total Rewards Analyst will play a crucial role in administering benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and disability programs. This position focuses on ensuring data integrity, compliance, and exceptional program delivery while promoting education and engagement throughout the organization. The role is 100% remote and seeks a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in benefits and leave of absence administration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts in administering benefits programs including health and welfare, retirement, and disability programs.
  • Build relationships with internal and external providers of benefit plans and systems to ensure accuracy and a positive employee experience.
  • Assist with the day-to-day administration of U.S. qualified and non-qualified pension plans and 401(k) plans.
  • Coordinate pension benefit payments and handle FICA taxation for non-qualified plans.
  • Administer short and long-term disability programs, including case management and coordination of administrative aspects of cases and payments.
  • Partner with internal and external partners to implement improvements for efficiency in HR processes and projects.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in benefits and leave of absence administration.
  • Experience in benefits consulting or employee total rewards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Access.
  • Experience with SAP and Kronos is preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR, or other equivalent HR certifications are preferred.

  • Experience in employee benefit transformation.
  • Experience in consulting related to employee benefits.
