Requirements

Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred
Ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Responsibilities

Operate tortilla production machinery efficiently and safely to meet daily production targets
Monitor equipment performance and perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
Ensure the quality and consistency of tortillas by adhering to established standards and specifications
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Assist in the preparation and packaging of finished products
Record production data accurately and report any issues to supervisors
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
