The Tortilla Molinero is responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and well-maintained department while providing superior customer service. The individual will prepare, package, and merchandise fresh product daily while upholding company core values.
Requirements
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- Customer Service and retail experience desirable.
Responsibilities
- Proven track of providing excellent results, shows persistence and perseverance.
- Dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers. Demonstrates care and compassion for people; shows empathy and concern. Able to build and maintain positive team relationships, relates well to diverse people; is approachable.
- Maintains standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, customer service, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, store conditions and food safety.
- Operates Tortilla processor/machinery.
- Count, bag, and label tortilla batches.
- Maintain a fully-stocked shelf/display table of items.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates personal Customer Service excellence. Engages with customers always.
- Improves speed and efficiency of service provided.
