About the position

We are seeking a skilled Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and/or Health Coach to join our dynamic sales organization. This role focuses on providing expert advice on nutrition, fitness, and supplementation to clients through outbound phone sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, capable of building strong client relationships, and motivated to help others improve their health through personalized supplement plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine nutritional and supplemental needs and goals.
• Call existing clients to build relationships and identify needs beyond their initial order.
• Maintain client relationships to build a book of clients for future business.
• Develop individualized supplemental plans based on client requirements.
• Educate clients on proper nutrition and supplementation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition, fitness, and dietetics.
• Provide health coaching to motivate and support clients in achieving their nutritional and supplementation goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Nutrition, Personal Training, and/or Health Coaching.
• Proven experience as a Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and/or Health Coach.
• In-depth knowledge of human physiology, nutritional principles, and health supplements.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Disciplined self-starter with the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and multitasking on various platforms.
