About the position

Kiddie Academy of Bellevue is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join their team as Infant Teachers, Toddler Teachers, Support Teachers, and Assistant Teachers. The role involves working with young children to prepare them for school and life through engaging and nurturing educational experiences. Candidates will be part of a well-respected educational childcare center that emphasizes high-quality care and development through its Life Essentials® and Character Essentials® curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Implement the Life Essentials® and Character Essentials® curriculum.
• Engage children in activities that promote learning and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children's progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Lift and carry children as needed, up to 40 pounds.

Requirements

• Experience in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds throughout the workday.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Valid Child Development Associate Certification certification.
