About the position

The TMC Gatekeeper position is a full-time role focused on the efficient management of warehouse operations, including the loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving of items. The role emphasizes safety, organization, and adherence to production schedules while ensuring operational efficiency through effective inventory management and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items.
• Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
• Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
• Securing loads to the machine before transportation.
• Inspecting for damages to vehicles.
• Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs.
• Operating and managing technical equipment.
• Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.
• Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
• Identifying workplace safety hazards.
• Adhering to safety management standards.
• Adhering to production schedules.
• Maintaining fire extinguishers / fire exits in warehouse & freezer area meeting OSHA standards.
• Maintaining proper allergen control of allergen ingredients.
