About the position

This position involves supervising and assisting in the daily activities of a healthcare registration area, ensuring timely and orderly registration and placement of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists in the daily activities of the assigned area to provide timely and orderly registration and/or placement of all patients according to established IHS Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent
• Excellent communication and keyboarding skills
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance certification requirements and healthcare registration procedures.
