About the position

The Physical Therapist (PT) position in Home Health offers a flexible work schedule, allowing therapists to manage their own appointments while providing care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. Responsibilities

  • Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric patients.
  • Schedule appointments directly with patients to determine start and end times.
  • Provide physical therapy services in a homecare setting.
  • Drive to various patient locations, which may require travel of 20-40 minutes between homes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • License to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Michigan.
  • Must be a US Citizen or have a green card.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in home health, skilled nursing facilities, or rehabilitation centers is preferred but not required.
