About the position
The position is for a team leader to spearhead the launch of a new in-house title agency at FCS Financial, which has a long-standing commitment to supporting agriculture and rural communities in Missouri. The role involves leading a team, managing complex legal transactions, and ensuring meticulous attention to detail in title operations. Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and operations of the new title agency.
- Manage complex legal transactions and ensure accuracy in title vesting scenarios.
- Collaborate with internal Loan Officers to meet their title needs.
- Form and develop a team within the organization's culture.
- Oversee the work of Title Closing Specialists and Title and Escrow Officers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the land and title industry or title agency management.
- Missouri Title Agent License or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire.
- Valid Missouri driver's license.
- Extensive knowledge in escrow and title operations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in managing a title agency is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to discuss complex issues effectively.
