About the position
The TIM Manager at Mondelēz International is a senior-level role focused on leading technical innovation within the Research, Development, and Quality (RDQ) process. Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and manage complex technically focused projects.
- Use technical expertise to guide and influence project activities.
- Identify future opportunities using consumer knowledge and technical expertise.
- Develop and align resource and budget needs for projects with cross-functional partners.
- Evaluate new ingredients, formulas, recipes, and processes for technical outcomes.
- Quantify technical risks and make recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in R&D, Engineering, Process Engineering, Operations, or Quality Assurance.
- Strong technical background in R&D, Manufacturing, and Packaging.
- Leadership experience in large-scale projects.
- Ability to organize, motivate, and coach employees.
- Working knowledge of Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) and its key pillars.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior work experience in a unionized manufacturing facility.
- Experience with Early Management (IIM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
