About the position

The E-commerce Governance and Experience team at TikTok is responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for users, sellers, and creators. As a product manager, you will develop strategies and features to enhance the TikTok shopping experience while addressing risks and promoting user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the external articulation of e-commerce seller and creator governance strategies, balancing business growth and risk mitigation.
• Design seller and creator credit and incentive functions through educational interfaces, constructing capabilities for rewards, penalties, appeals, etc.
• Develop a robust monitoring system for seller operation and influencer creation behaviors, employing data-driven analysis to identify issues.
• Address merchant, influencer, and user feedback, refining and implementing rules, and leading design and implementation of product business modules.
• Foster seamless internal communication, collaborating with business, strategy, and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• High data sensitivity with the ability to identify risks and propose solutions.
• Proven experience in international products, community/social products, UGC platforms, and supply-demand platforms.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in constructing B-end workbenches and strategizing account security products.
• Adept at consolidating complex Product Requirement Documents with multiple cross-functional product domains.
