About the position

You are the dynamic, passionate Therapist we are looking for. Your expertise and professionalism is what our patients need at our Adult SMI program in Richmond, Indiana. You will be integral in providing clinical services as a Therapist to help individuals, couples, and families struggling with mental health issues and/or dual diagnosis, or substance use/dependence issues. You will be the catalyst to rebuild their lives! Our commitment to whole person healthcare and your desire to help change our communities for the better will make us an amazing Team! This is a full time position working Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical services as a Therapist to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Assist patients struggling with mental health issues and/or dual diagnosis.
  • Support individuals with substance use/dependence issues.
  • Contribute to the mission of whole person healthcare.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marital & Family Therapy, or related Behavioral Science field of study required.
  • Current non-probationary temporary license from state of Indiana in one of the following: LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCAC-A required at minimum.
  • Valid driver's license, a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
