Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining cleanliness in bars, pools, and surrounding areas. Building relationships with guests and creating a welcoming environment is essential. The position also requires comprehensive knowledge of menus for suggestive upselling and providing superior service while accommodating food and beverage requests. Responsibilities include assisting servers and kitchen staff, maintaining food service areas, operating a Point of Sale System (POS), and adhering to Health Department standards. Participation in meetings and performing additional duties as assigned by management is also required.
