We are seeking a Test Work Manager to join our Flotation Technical Sales Support team. You will be responsible for the effective coordination and project management of testing activities, as well as participating in the test work. Depending on your experience, you will also engage in discussions about the results and collaborate with customers to develop cases. In this position, you will report to the Director of Flotation Technology. This position is mainly located in Denver or York, PA. But we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements. However, it involves up to 50% of travel to customer sites in the US, MX and CA.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and Manage Projects: Oversee activities for the mobile testing unit, ensuring it operates flawlessly. Maintain instruments and control systems, and handle logistics, test work orders, bookings, and invoices with precision.
  • Oversee On-Site Operations: Ensure seamless installation of the mobile test unit with the necessary power and air requirements. Coordinate resources to perform test work efficiently, engage with customers to align on test plans, and collaborate with a specialist to conduct test work.
  • Partner with Customers: Dive into data by analyzing results, preparing detailed reports and presentations, discussing findings, and building convincing cases that align with customer goals.

Requirements

  • Proficient project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a systematic environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to efficiently collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel to test sites.
  • Extensive experience in flotation testing in both lab, pilot, and industrial scale.
  • Previous experience with test work data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, including test planning and reporting.
  • Fluent written and verbal English is required.
