About The Position

The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for the sale of various types of best-in-class heavy infrastructure trucks and equipment throughout their territory. They will serve as an ambassador for our products and a solution provider for our customers. This position will involve scheduling and travel throughout the assigned territory to conduct product demonstrations and to connect with new and existing customers about their heavy equipment requirements.

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong prospecting and territory management skills
  • Flexible schedule and ability to travel
  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Valid passport to allow for travel within North America, as required
  • Must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Proven success in outside sales, ideally in agriculture, heavy equipment or truck industries
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and full sales cycle (quote to delivery)
  • Experience working with municipalities, government agencies, contractors and private businesses

  • Mechanical aptitude or exposure to heavy equipment environments is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Manage Full-Cycle Sales within assigned territory by overseeing all stages of the sales process—from prospecting and quoting to closing and delivery—ensuring a seamless customer experience and alignment with company standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales volume and market share, consistently meeting or exceeding established performance goals.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Service, and Parts Teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, leveraging team expertise to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Build, maintain and expand customer relationships. Support existing clients while actively identifying opportunities to expand services and product offerings.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and training sessions to customers, showcasing product features and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and other relevant events to stay current on industry trends, network with potential clients, and promote brand visibility.
  • Analyze territory performance and prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market insights to inform business strategy.
  • Use CRM to track customer interactions, sales data and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and pipeline status using CRM tools in accordance with company processes.
  • Contribute to broader organizational objectives by completing special projects or tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and team commitment.
