About the position

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand of a Fortune 500 company in retail stores.
• Build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Generate new business opportunities and acquire new credit card customers.
• Engage and educate customers to provide excellent service.
• Maximize sales while enhancing the in-store customer experience.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Sales and/or customer service experience, especially in retail.
• Ability to work independently and build rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Desire to earn higher income in an uncapped commission environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to move around a retail store for extended periods.
