About the position
Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Termite Inspector to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers. This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough inspections and evaluations of customer properties for Wood Destroying Organisms and other pest problems.
- Properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
- Determine opportunities for additional services and propose them to customers.
- Sell services to supplement earnings with commissions.
- Represent Arrow Exterminators in the communities served and maintain excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- No experience necessary; training will be provided.
