About the position

The Customer Service Representative position is a temporary role focused on assisting customers with healthcare-related inquiries during a short-term project. The role involves taking inbound calls and providing support for healthcare questions, medical equipment, prescriptions, and meal deliveries. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekend availability, and offers competitive pay during training and production phases.

Responsibilities

  • Assist callers with questions and navigations of healthcare, health insurance, or meal benefits.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers and build strong relationships supporting them.
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries/issues.

Requirements

  • GED / High School Diploma (or higher) REQUIRED
  • 1+ year experience in customer service REQUIRED
  • Call Center experience highly preferred!
