About the position
The University of New Mexico Los Alamos is seeking Temporary Part-Time faculty to teach Digital Media Arts courses at the 100 or 200 level. This role involves both online and face-to-face instruction, with positions contingent upon student enrollment and course offerings each semester. Faculty members will be responsible for all aspects of course delivery, including content development, grading, and assessment of student learning.
Responsibilities
- Teach Digital Media Arts courses at the 100 or 200 level, either online or face-to-face.
- Develop course content and assignments.
- Grade assignments and report grades in a timely manner.
- Assess student learning as outlined by the Program Coordinator.
- Meet with students during assigned class times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Arts or a related discipline; or a combination of education, training, and tested experience equivalent to four years.
