A Front Office Clerk contributes to AHF by contributing to a team centered attitude and new outreach strategies.The FOC is generally the first team member to interact with the member. Within their duties, the FOC greets, assists in signing in, and creates a medical record for member. In addition, gives feedback to management about how services can be improved. A FOC enhances the reputation of AHF by helping with our mission to provide compassionate and informing care to our members. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a FOC it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees. AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The FOC will work as a part of a close-knit team to start clinic flow and assist in admin responsibilities. The position has an opportunity to engage, be personable and relatable, with the probability of members returning for services in the future.
