About The Position
Join Community 1st Credit Union as a Part-Time Teller at our Avoca location! This role involves engaging with diverse members, providing top-notch financial solutions, and being the face of C1st in the community. We are looking for candidates with strong customer service experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. The team will provide the training needed to build a successful career with C1st. The expected schedule consists of approximately 25-29 hours per week, including shifts during the week and 2-3 Saturdays each month (Saturday hours conclude by noon). This role keeps you active and engaged while fostering strong relationships within the community. Prepare to learn, grow, and make a significant impact each day!

- Engage directly with members through friendly and efficient service.
- Process transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
- Assist members in navigating their accounts, addressing inquiries, and providing personalized financial solutions.
