This position combines both traditional Teller and New Account duties for a more wholistic experience for our customers. The role involves handling cash transactions, balancing ATMs and daily activities, processing various financial transactions, building customer loyalty, opening new accounts (consumer and business), resolving service issues, conducting outbound sales activities, connecting customers to specialists, and following up with new customers. Additionally, the role requires assisting and educating customers on self-service technologies, complying with privacy policies and regulatory rules, and completing assigned compliance training.
