This position combines both traditional Teller and New Account duties for a more wholistic experience for our customers. The role involves handling cash transactions, balancing ATMs and daily activities, processing various financial transactions, building customer loyalty by uncovering financial needs and recommending products/services, opening new consumer and business accounts, taking ownership of the customer experience including on-boarding and resolving service issues, conducting outbound sales activities, connecting customers to specialists for specialized financial needs, and contacting new customers to ensure satisfaction and address additional financial needs. Additionally, the role involves assisting and educating customers on self-service technologies, complying with privacy policies and regulatory rules, and completing required compliance training.
