Responsibilities

• Perform customer service standards with each interaction
• Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks accurately
• Meet or exceed operational and sales goals set by management
• Complete customer follow-up calls and problem resolution as directed
• Cross-sell bank products and services during customer transactions
• Maintain security and confidentiality of customer information
• Ensure compliance with audit policies and procedures
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the branch
• Participate in special projects as assigned

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent required
• Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in typing, 10-key calculator, and data entry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Completion of Southside Bank's required training classes
