Gate City Bank is looking for a service-driven Customer Service Representative to support customers at our Fargo Hornbachers Osgood Office. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with routine banking transactions while providing a welcoming, professional experience.
- Support customers in opening new accounts and understanding products that fit their financial needs.
- Maintain balanced cash drawers and follow all cash-handling expectations.
- Adhere to Bank policies, security guidelines, and customer service standards.
