Responsibilities
- Open new accounts and educate customers on our range of products and services.
- Seamlessly utilize customer interactions to introduce services that can enhance their experience.
- Manage and balance cash drawer.
- Address basic customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, while adhering to regulations and privacy policies.
- Demonstrate 'Brilliant at the Basics' customer service skills and foster meaningful relationships.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service, cash handling, and/or sales experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in transaction processing.
Benefits
- Starting pay at $17.25/hr
