Requirements

High School degree or equivalent.
1 year of related experience is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Minimal technical knowledge is required.

Nice To Haves

Associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Selling company products and services via inbound phone calls, emails, and other electronic inquiries.
Closing sales, processing orders, and responding to customer questions, primarily for lower-tier products or components.
Supporting field sales teams.
Maintaining customer databases.
Contributing to post-sales and administrative activities.
Working toward individual or team sales quotas.
