About the position
The Technology Transformation Excellence Consultant in Financial Services at Accenture is responsible for advising clients on data-driven technology strategies to achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals. This role focuses on leading large-scale transformations by leveraging deep industry expertise and technology knowledge to help clients navigate change and enhance their competitive agility. The consultant will work closely with clients in the Financial Services sector, including Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance, to develop actionable paths for transformation and value realization.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on data-driven technology strategies to achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals.
- Shape and steer technology-enabled large-scale transformations with clients.
- Convey deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture relevant to the client's industry.
- Build rapport with senior stakeholders in both business and technology functions to facilitate decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between program stakeholders to maximize value realization for clients.
- Manage the definition of practices, processes, and toolsets for transformation management domains.
- Plan and prepare for design thinking and customer journey workshops to support transformation roadmap development.
Requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to break down complex processes into logical parts and construct clear reasoning and analyses.
- Experience in advising clients on technology strategies (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of program management fundamentals for predictive and agile methodologies.
