About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting delivery lead with end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues.

Requirements

Bachelor degree and 7 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management, OR 11 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management.
Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving / consulting.
SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages.
Knowledge of GenAI-based application development.
Experience in Agentic and RAG-based application delivery.
Experience in AI governance and risk strategy.
Experience in security standards for AI-based products.
Business acumen.
Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment.
Oral & written communications.
Ability to influence.
Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately.
Teamwork and collaboration.
Drive end-user adoption.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology.
