About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting the delivery lead with the end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs. The role ensures program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value and provides technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues. This is a hybrid role that can be located in Chicago, IL, Tulsa, OK, Helena, MT, Albuquerque, NM, or Richardson, TX. Relocation will not be offered, and sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

Bachelor degree and 7 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management, OR 11 years of Technology experience, including experience in Project management.
Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving / consulting.
SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages.
Knowledge of GenAI-based application development.
Experience in Agentic and RAG-based application delivery.
Experience in AI governance and risk strategy.
Experience in security standards for AI-based products.
Business acumen.
Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment.
Oral & written communications.
Ability to influence.
Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately.
Teamwork and collaboration.
Drive end-user adoption.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology.
Ability to tie together solutions across systems.

Experience with Reporting tools (PowerBI)
