About the position

The Technician role at MasTec Advanced Technologies involves providing and installing advanced home technologies, including satellite dishes, home security systems, and smart home automation products. Responsibilities

• Provide and install advanced home technologies including satellite dishes and smart home products.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform all phases of installation including TV mounts, sound bars, and smart home devices.
• Ensure all installations are completed safely and correctly.
• Maintain a high level of customer service during all interactions.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to climb ladders and meet safety requirements for equipment used.
• Must be able to lift 60-80 pounds and climb 28-36 foot ladders.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR check.
