About the position
The Technician performs basic maintenance operations on customers' vehicles and accurately diagnoses and repairs customers' vehicles. For every service, a multi-point inspection is performed, and any items needing immediate or future attention are documented for the customer. In addition, the Technician will perform safety inspections for used vehicle reconditioning and pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Accurately diagnoses customer concerns
- Properly repairs vehicles
- Performs thorough multi-point inspections
- Records accurate brake and tire measurements
- Maintains a clean work area
- Delivers customers' cars in better condition than when they arrived
- Reports any safety or efficiency concerns to management
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Automotive Technology or Trade School Certification desired
- At least four years of shop experience
- Manufacturer training desired
- Must have a professional set of tools necessary for this position
- Valid driver's license
- Available to work Monday through Saturday
- Dedicated to excellence

Benefits
- Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 to $32.00
- Flat Rate incentive may be available and could range from $32.00 to $60.00 dependent on certifications held
- Production bonus on individual performance that may range from $0.00 without a fixed upper limit
