About The Position

The objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination, monitoring, communication, and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes: * Attend meetings, workshops, conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert * Assist with the development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews * Serve as a Liaison between Performers, Test & Evaluation contributors, Government and Transition partners * Review, provide analysis, and make recommendations concerning technical reports, data and Performer approaches * Select, establish, curate, and maintain collaborative communication, issue tracking, and configuration environments for use by the program * Provide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics and architecture design * Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program * Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Program’s success

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelors' degree in computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field
  • FOUR (4) or more years of experience involving telecommunications systems, radio frequency (RF) sensing, signal processing, biometric sensing modalities, and/or advanced sensor system design and evaluation
  • TWO (2) or more years of experience using test and measurement equipment relevant to advanced sensing technologies, such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, RF test platforms, wireless communications testbeds, biometric sensor test systems, or commercial off‑the‑નીsensing devices
  • TWO (2) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team, including creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules

Nice To Haves

  • Masters' degree or PhD in computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or related fields
  • FOUR (4) or more years of experience with programming languages or tools commonly used in sensing, data analysis, or experimental automation, such as LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB, C/C++, or embedded systems software
  • TWO (2) or more years of experience with machine learning, pattern recognition, biometrics analytics, RF signal classification, or other AI/ML methods relevant to sensing applications
  • TWO (2) or more years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC), including experience with requirements, CONOPS, and transition
  • Awareness of supply chain, security, and integration considerations for commercial off‑the‑નીsensing technologies, telecommunications hardware, and RF components
  • FOUR (4) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team
  • ONE (1) or more years of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager
