About The Position

The objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination, monitoring, communication, and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes: Attend meetings, workshops, conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert Assist with the development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews Serve as a Liaison between Performers, Test & Evaluation contributors, Government and Transition partners Review, provide analysis, and make recommendations concerning technical reports, data and Performer approaches Select, establish, curate, and maintain collaborative communication, issue tracking, and configuration environments for use by the program Provide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics and architecture design Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Program’s success

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelors' degree in computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field
  • TWO (2) or more years with test-driven development, automated testing, configuration management, including technical evaluation experience
  • TWO (2) or more years of research & development (R&D) experience in image processing, computer vision, NLP, biometrics, or SWE, including ML or DNN algorithms
  • TWO (2) or more years of experience managing multi-disciplinary research & development (R&D) or test & evaluation (T&E) teams
  • TWO (2) or more years of experience creating program plans, WBS, schedules, including experience with Agile program management and systems development, including integrated testing

Nice To Haves

  • Masters' degree or PhD in computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field
  • TWO (2) or more years of experience image/video analytics development
  • Experience supporting the intelligence community
  • SAFe Agile certification
  • TWO (2) or more years of experience with cloud utilization, development, and management
  • ONE (1) or more years of experience in remote sensing, image compression, audio, geolocation, biometrics, signal processing, noisy/degraded data, classified research, statistics, probability
