About the position
As a Technical Sales Specialist for the Synchronization business unit at Net Insight, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's presence in North America. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with telecom operators, showcasing the value of Zyntai Sync Solutions, and ensuring successful project execution, particularly in the realm of 5G synchronization. This position involves hands-on testing in telecom labs, presenting solutions to customers, and collaborating closely with both regional partners and the sync team at headquarters in Sweden.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with engineering teams at telecom operators, demonstrating the value of Zyntai Sync Solutions with a focus on 5G and beyond.
- Manage testing and evaluation in customer labs and networks, including setting up cloud environments both on-site and remotely.
- Provide technical guidance to customers, acting as a trusted advisor through network analysis and problem-solving.
- Design and configure the Net Insight Synchronization solution to meet customer needs.
- Travel frequently to meet with customers across the US and Canada, maintaining a close connection with telecom operators.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the North American telecom or mobile networks industry, with established relationships with telecom operators.
- Proven ability to lead evaluations and drive projects to completion.
- Hands-on experience with IP networking and configuration, and experience working with cloud systems, VM, and Kubernetes.
- In-depth knowledge of 5G networks and mobile technology, with familiarity in synchronization technologies as a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions for customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Ability to travel frequently across the US and Canada.
