About The Position
Cipher Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 1 year specifically focused on sourcing software developers. This position requires a US government security clearance at the Secret level or higher. The role is primarily remote, but candidates must be located in the Baltimore/Annapolis, MD or Washington, D.C. / Virginia areas and have reliable internet service. Candidates will need to attend in-person recruiting events approximately 20-30% of the year, which may occur in the evenings or on weekends at local colleges and universities. The core work can be performed remotely, but it must be within the specified locations. This is not an entry-level position, and candidates must have a dedicated recruiting background.
