As a Technical Recruiter for the Staffing team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, qualifying, and closing top IT talent to support a high velocity IT staffing sales organization in the NY Metro market. You will work hand in hand with the Business Development Executive (Staffing) and ePlus Account Executives to translate client requirements into precise recruiting strategies and deliver candidates who match on skills, culture, rate, and timeline. In this role, you will combine proactive talent sourcing, rigorous screening, and strong candidate relationship management with a deep understanding of IT roles and the NYC staffing market. You will play a critical role in helping us win and deliver on IT staffing engagements by ensuring our clients experience consistent quality and speed in every search.
