About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive execution and delivery of enterprise scale Data & Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing cross functional data engineering, analytics, cloud, and platform modernization programs while ensuring predictable delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence. This role requires a hands on delivery leader who can work closely with engineering teams, architects, business stakeholders, and client leadership to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and execution across complex data programs. Execution-focused and highly organized. Strong ownership mentality with attention to detail. Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable operating in high-visibility client-facing environments.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Program Management.
Strong experience managing enterprise Data & Analytics programs.
Proven experience driving execution in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Strong understanding of modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems.
Experience managing projects involving: Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT Pipelines, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Cloud Data Platforms, API/Integration initiatives.
Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast paced environments.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet / MS Project.

Nice To Haves

Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Exposure to modern data technologies including: Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, dbt, Airflow.
PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications preferred.
Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end execution of Data & Analytics projects from initiation through production deployment.
Manage delivery of data engineering, cloud, reporting, integration, and analytics workstreams.
Coordinate across technical teams including Data Engineers, BI Developers, QA, DevOps, Architects, and Business stakeholders.
Track project plans, sprint progress, RAID logs, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
Ensure predictable delivery by proactively identifying blockers, risks, and mitigation plans.
Partner with technical leads to align architecture, implementation, and deployment activities.
Manage client communication, status reporting, executive updates, and steering committee presentations.
Drive accountability across distributed and offshore/onshore teams.
Monitor delivery KPIs, resource utilization, budget adherence, and operational efficiency.
Support release planning, production readiness, hypercare, and transition to support teams.
Collaborate with leadership on delivery governance, process improvements, and delivery standardization.
Drive end-to-end delivery execution for enterprise data, analytics, and technology initiatives.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery governance.
Coordinate across client stakeholders, business teams, engineering teams, and offshore/onshore resources.
Lead project planning, status tracking, RAID management, and executive reporting.
Facilitate daily standups, steering committee meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical delivery, and program milestones.
Monitor resource utilization, budget tracking, and delivery commitments.
Identify delivery risks/issues proactively and drive mitigation and resolution plans.
