About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in software engineering and product release management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving the planning and execution of software engineering projects, particularly in the automotive sector or similar simulation systems. This role requires a validated history of managing both software and hardware products, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Drive the planning and execution of software engineering projects.
- Manage the release of commercial products.
- Lead global projects and coordinate with various teams.
- Work closely with software engineering, product management, and customer engagement teams to resolve technical and logistic issues.
- Implement process improvements across organizational programs and projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recent Project Management experience in software engineering.
- Experience in Automotive or similar simulation systems.
- Validated history of Project/Program Management of software and hardware products.
- Experience leading global projects.
- Proven track record of leading organizational wide programs and projects.
- Working experience with ISO 26262 is a plus.
